S3 Gateway currently ignores versioning-related lifecycle actions that are absent from its XML model, so unsupported configurations can return success or be partly applied. Bind and reject `NoncurrentVersionExpiration`, `NoncurrentVersionTransition`, and `ExpiredObjectDeleteMarker` with `NotImplemented` before updating the lifecycle configuration. The rejection also applies to disabled rules and empty action elements.
