## What changes were proposed in this pull request? `testClientWithLocalLeaseEnabled` checks the metrics of the current proxy before the request, but `listVolumes` can be served by a different OM. Record the initial counter for each OM and check the increment on the OM identified by `getLastProxy()` after the request. ## What is the link to the Apache JIRA https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-16758 ## How was this patch tested? - A controlled reproduction failed with the original assertion: the selected OM counter stayed at 0 while the serving OM counter increased from 0 to 1.
