StringToSignProducer compiles the same slash regex for each canonical request.
Use the existing StringUtils.splitPreserveAllTokens helper to avoid regex
compilation and remove the custom splitter, preserving empty path segments and
signature behavior.
Before/after verification produced identical canonical requests and strings to
sign across 112,008 GET/PUT cases. All 68 signature tests pass. JMH of
buildCanonicalRequest showed about 556–664 fewer allocated bytes per operation
for the tested paths.
