> Background & Problem
> When serving `GET /bucket/key?tagging`, S3G executes `getS3VolumeContext`
> before querying OM for the object's tags via `getObjectTagging`. Because
> fetching tags is a lightweight read operation, paying a 2-RPC cost (volume
> resolution + tagging retrieval) introduces a 100% RPC penalty.
> Proposed Solution
> 1. Support `assumeS3Context=true` in `OmKeyArgs` or the tagging read request
> protocol.
> 2. In `ObjectEndpoint#get` (tagging path), eliminate the explicit
