Background & Problem
Deleting tags via `DELETE /bucket/key?tagging` currently triggers a
`getS3VolumeContext` RPC call in S3G prior to calling `deleteObjectTagging` on
OM.
Proposed Solution
1. Pass `assumeS3Context=true` in `OmKeyArgs` for tag deletion operations.
2. Remove the `getS3VolumeContext` pre-lookup in `ObjectEndpoint#delete`
(tagging branch).
Expected Impact
Drops the RPC count from 2 to 1 for `DeleteObjectTagging` requests.
