Currently we have a `non-rolling-upgrade` flow in the `upgrade` acceptance
tests, add a `rolling-upgrade` one which will do a stop-start for each service.
In this initial patch it'd be great to have a write/read that we start for each
service restart and validate if it was successful, so we can check the "zero
downtime upgrade". As the ZDU development is not done yet, we can comment out
these tests for now.
