HDDS-13245 added tests that the core block deletion and tree update logic was
working correctly, but there is room for improvement. We should add test cases
with diverged deleted blocks among replicas in
{{TestReconciliationWithMockDatanodes}}, and review the current coverage in
{{TestContainerDiff}} to see if more coverage for cases where block deletes
differ among replicas need to be added.
