Add a new column on the Bucket list page to display each bucket’s replication
type,
reusing the generalized `themeIcon` from HDDS-13623.
- Show RATIS variants (e.g., Ratis-3) and EC variants (e.g., RS-6-3-1024k)
- Reuse `themeIcon` (supports RATIS/EC) with concise label or tooltip
