This Task will serve as a tracking item for work originally described in
sub-task HDDS-7142.
*Original scope (from HDDS-7142)*
Add a new tab page (can be integrated with "File Browser")
* List buckets under volumes and display the current bucket replication policy
(Ratis-3 / RS-6-3-1024k)
* Optional filter to search for buckets, and show buckets that have EC enabled
* For keys inside a bucket, show block status:
(1) RATIS-1: show the DN name that has the block
(2) RATIS-3: show the three DN names that carry the block
(3) EC: show all DN names that have striped blocks with their index
* Add warning indicator if a key/file is under-replicated
