Cleared test code in hdds-container-service from fields which could be converted to local variables. Please describe your PR in detail: The production codebase has been updated to comply with the PMD SingularField rule. Instances where compliance was not feasible have been suppressed. In more complex cases, TODO comments were added with corresponding Jira tickets to refactor those sections when converting the field to a local variable is not straightforward. ## What is the link to the Apache JIRA https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-13560 ## How was this patch tested?
