Reopening the PR based on offline discussion, because as of today /namespace/du
is on-demand and might take a long time if there are a large number of keys /
files. While having a separate implementation for CommittedKeysInsightHandler
to handle PUT, DELETE and UPDATE events shouldn't take a lot of time as they
would be calculated on the fly.
