HDDS-13148 updates the Transparent Data Encryption user doc, and it will work.
For production usage, we should incorporate additional information as to how to
optimize performance. Because Ozone leverages Hadoop's encryption library, a
lot of the content can be borrowed from HDFS encryption doc.
For example, we would require the openssl-dev libcrypto.so, AES-NI CPU
instruction set; OpensslAesCtrCryptoCodec; we need Java Cryptography Extension
(JCE) Unlimited Strength policy files to enable 256 bit encryption.
We should also include additional information on access between multiple
encrypted Ozone clusters (HDDS-11227)
