The current user doc on Ozone Snapshot is too succinct. It provides a high
level overview but it should also include:
* system architecture deep dive. Add a link to Prashant's blog post: [this
blog
series|https://medium.com/@prashantpogde/introducing-apache-ozone-snapshots-af82e976142f].
* user tutorial: access the Snapshot feature through CLI and programmatically
via APIs.
* system administration howto: authorization, any known issues, comparision to
HDFS Snapshot, Linux system configuration, hardware guidelines.
