## What changes were proposed in this pull request? HealthyPipelineSafeModeRule rules should wait for configured percentage of Pipelines to be reported by all the (three) Datanodes. It doesn't look like it checks for all the Datanodes of a Pipeline to be reported, this logic needs to be fixed. ## What is the link to the Apache JIRA https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-11904 ## How was this patch tested?
