## What changes were proposed in this pull request? Both `nodeMap` and `nodeToContainer` have `DatanodeID` as keys. They should be combined into a single map to avoid an additional map operation. For example, adding a new datanode currently need two put operations. If there is only one map, it will only need one operation. ## What is the link to the Apache JIRA HDDS-12717 ## How was this patch tested?
