[~adoroszlai] I think we can use this `submodule` to decide either to run auto
detect https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-12587 or to run with
designated project name.
eg. submodule:
- submodule == 'AUTO" (default) -> detect with
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-12587 (run find-test job
- submodule != 'AUTO" -> set `args="$args -pl ${submodule}"`
