There is lot of duplication between AbstractOzoneFileSystemTest and
AbstractRootedOzoneFileSystemTest. Common test cases should be extracted to
OzoneFileSystemTests, as it was already done for
{{listStatusIteratorOnPageSize}}.
(Can create further sub-tasks for groups of test cases, if necessary.)
