TestOmBucketReadWriteFileOps and TestOmBucketReadWriteKeyOps contain lots of
duplicated code. Some of it is refactored as part of HDDS-12315. The goal of
this task is to further clean them up.
- extract ParameterBuilder to a separate class
- deduplicate verifyOMLockMetrics
- share common parameters if possible
