The default for hdds.datanode.dir.du.reserved.percent is 0.01%. The config
description needs to be updated to include the default value. The default is
too small and needs adjustment.
If hdds.datanode.volume.min.free.space.percent is configured (which is not the
case by default), it bypasses the hdds.datanode.volume.min.free.space property
and use percentage based for disk space.
Hdds.datanode.volume.min.free.space.percent is hidden, not exposed to
ozone-default.xml. That needs to be added too.
