Matt Burgess reopened NIFI-4773:

Reopening due to regression introduced with the previous PR. The logic to
re-populate the column type map is only executed when the Max value columns
property is modified. The map should be repopulated when connection pool, table
name, etc. is modified (any time the processor would be pointing at a different
set of columns).
