Flow rebase currently rejects local changes to a component's name, concurrent
tasks, scheduled state, scheduling strategy or run schedule as unsupported,
which blocks common customizations such as enabling an optional processor or
switching a processor from timer-driven to CRON-driven scheduling. This adds
rebase handlers for these change types, treating a local change as compatible
unless the target version set the same field to a different value (scheduling
strategy and run schedule are evaluated together), and extends component lookup
to include remote process group ports.
