We currently have GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket and Azure DevOps registry clients.
This adds a Flow Registry Client for Gitea using its REST API (/api/v1), which
is also compatible with Forgejo and Codeberg. Supports Access Token
authentication, self-hosted instances including sub-path deployments,
branching, and the common git registry client behavior from
AbstractGitFlowRegistryClient.
