# Summary [NIFI-16348](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NIFI-16348) Adds a `jvm.config` for Maven that sets static `user.country` and `user.language` system properties during the build to work around AspectJ Weaving adding a locale-dependent timestamp to class binaries. The addresses non-deterministic build issues with the `LoadNativeLibAspect` class highlighted in the [diffoscope comparison for version 2.12.0](https://github.com/jvm-repo-rebuild/reproducible-central/blob/master/content/org/apache/nifi/nifi/nifi-2.12.0.diffoscope#L16).
