After introducing the Property Encryption Provider, the framework no longer
uses nifi-property-encryptor or nifi-security-crypto-key, but both were still
packaged on the Framework NAR parent classloader via nifi-framework-nar and
nifi-framework-nar-bom.
The modules should be updated to remove those unused dependencies so
password-based encryption is supplied only by the extension NAR.
