   # Summary

   [NIFI-15038](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NIFI-15038) Upgrades the
Snowflake JDBC driver to the Thin version
[3.27.0](https://docs.snowflake.com/en/release-notes/clients-drivers/jdbc-2025#version-3-27-0-october-6-2025)
and switches to the `unshaded` version of the Snowflake Ingest SDK.

Switching the the `unshaded` version of the Snowflake Ingest SDK supports
using the thin version of the Snowflake JDBC driver, avoiding shaded
dependencies in both libraries. This change reduces the size of the final NAR
and also corrects the Connection `unwrap` exception thrown when using the
`PutSnowflakeInternalStage` Processor.

Additional updates to the Snowflake bundle Maven configuration include
incremental version adjustments for transitive dependencies for the Snowflake
JDBC Thin Driver and the Snowflake Ingest SDK.
