Description: The Reactor Netty HTTP library is a transitive dependency of
Azure Cosmos library through Azure Core HTTP Netty. The transitive version is
1.0.48, which should be upgraded to 1.2.8 to resolve associated bugs with
earlier versions. (was: The Reactor Netty HTTP library is a transitive
dependency of Azure Identity. The code coverage module includes a version
override, not used for runtime modules, but resulting in vulnerability scanning
reports. This override is no longer necessary and should be removed.)
