Yep agree with Michael here. I use run once all the time in 2.x and it is
instantaneous just as it was in the 1.x line. I think the most likely scenario
here is as noted which is you're just needing to hit refresh to get the
absolute latest stats changes. This is different than it was in earlier 1.x
lines.
