Summary: InvokeScriptedProcessor can no longer create its own
properties using Expression Language

Before NIFI-9502, InvokeScriptedProcessor could have properties created by the
script itself, and those properties could specify how/if Expression Language
was supported. The necessary classes were moved to a new module and are not
included in the nifi-scripting-nar. The appropriate dependencies should be
added to the nifi-scripting-nar.
This will also enable work to continue on NIFI-5115 (although that hasn't seen
action in many years)
