Review Comment:
   I believe for ExpressionLanguageScope.FLOWFILE_ATTRIBUTES the flowfile is 
needed whereas ExpressionLanguageScope.ENVIRONMENT the flowfile is not needed. 
So in this case if we are looking to evaluate from attributes then we need the 
incoming flowfile
