The System Administrator's Guide should be updated to include a section
describing X.509 Client Certificate Authentication under the User
Authentication section. The Proxy Configuration section describes Proxied
Entities headers, but the X.509 Client Certificate section should include
additional details on encoding, and also describe the Proxied Entity Groups
request header.
