Summary: Corrections and improvements to Contributor Guide

The following corrections and suggestions should be applied to the [Contributor
Guide|https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/NIFI/Contributor+Guide]
* Replace reference of AsciiDoc with Markdown (probably will require some
rewriting)
* References to 1.x should be replaced with 2.x
* Remove option of submitting a patch file as that in practice is not accepted.
* Indicate the necessity to fill out the PR template when submitting a PR.
