It is possible that the SFTP code and the SFTP tests build without error, but
the SFTP Test Server fails to build. For example, this happens if the
JAVA_HOME environment variable is not set.
In these cases, the SFTP tests will fail, because the SFTP Test Server cannot
be started. It would be better if CMake failed right at the beginning.
