Guess this kind of relates to my ticket NIFI-13591.
While JoltTransformRecord is a thing, Jolt specifications is a pain to write
compared to JSLT.
My experience is that JSLTTransformJSON has just been more robust, faster and
easier to work with than JoltTransformRecord. Except the the annoying newline
part.
