Separate from the comments on the associated Jira issue, it is important to
highlight here that the OIDC implementation for NiFi Registry needs to be
completely rewritten. The implementation for NiFi itself is now built on Spring
Security, and NiFi Registry needs to be refactored to follow the same approach,
which would be a prerequisite to considering additional features.
