The legacy PublishKafka_2_6 processor implemented the ability to specify the
Kafka ProducerRecord key from a NiFi FlowFile attribute. Implement this same
functionality in the new PublishKafka processor. Also, remove the gating that
prevents specification of the key attribute when using
PublishStrategy.USE_VALUE.
