Similar to other AWS processors, PutSNS supports proxy connections in NiFi 1.x.
It seems to have been lost in NIFI-12220 and is not available in NiFi 2 now.
The old processor level proxy configuration properties were deleted but no
Proxy Configuration Service was added in this processor.
