Current the logic for allowing Change Version on a component is triggered when
multiple bundles are available. Originally this made sense, but now that NARs
can be auto-loaded while NiFi is running, a component that is ghosted may now
be able to be unghosted, but we are showing the Change Version menu because
only 1 bundle is available.
