    Description: I suspect this is because it is registered under two different 
names using {{REGISTER_RESOURCE_AS}}.  This seems to be a new issue introduced 
at the time of the dynamic library change.  
{{RocksDbPersistableKeyValueStoreService}} is the only service registered under 
more than one name from the processors or controller services included in the 
manifest.  (Some internal resources also have two names, but these are not 
listed in the manifest.)  (was: I suspect this is because it is registered
