Several framework modules have transitive dependencies on Apache
{{commons-logging}}, which results in the inclusion of the JAR in
{{nifi-framework-nar}}. Most the framework already excludes
{{commons-logging}} in favor {{jcl-over-slf4j}} so that logging messages will
be routed correctly to logback. Remaining transitive dependencies in
{{nifi-framework-nar}} should be excluded so that {{nifi-framework-nar}} no
longer includes {{commons-logging}}.
