The current text that says "Download flow" is very ambiguous. Changing to
"Download flow definition" will alert the user that action downloads a specific
file: a JSON file that is a flow definition of the process group and should not
be confused with a template, flow.xml.gz or a versioned flow.
Should update the docs for accordingly.
