@atilcock not sure why GitHub doesn't show but this PR drifted from the
master in the sense we no longer specify the hadoop version within the child
pom.xml
Also, while I am not an expert, I am a bit worried about including Hadoop
Azure dependency as default.
I would imagine the dependency simply adds the wasb and wasbs file system
schemas, but was wondering if tried compiling using the CDH and MapR profiles
to see if this causes any issues?
