* Update toolkit-guide.adoc
Replaced references to "master key" with "root key"
* Update toolkit-guide.adoc
Corrected a typo. Anchor was "sensistive_property_key_migration". Changed to
"sensitive_property_key_migration". Confirmed nothing was referencing the
original.
