Currently PUT / GET / DELETE SQS processors can take:
Proxy Host
Proxy Host Port
As configuration settings.
They do not have:
Proxy Username
Proxy Password
Please allow these processors to take:
Proxy Username
Proxy Password
and/or
StandardProxyConfigurationService
