not exactly... Assuming you are using Linux/MacOS/Unix, you can try this:
```
cd nifi
git checkout master
git checkout -b temp
git cherrypick 7ef2782
git commit --amend
```
(add the JIRA reference to the message)
`git push -f origin temp:appveyor_fix
`
