I have a vision of a game/social environment/storytelling medium where I can create my own reality, populate it with interesting things and bots, and open it up for people to cooperatively and competitively explore, poke at, love, hate, etc. After my first attempt at implementing my ideas, I quickly realized that I couldn't hope to finish it on my own. This is also not the kind of thing the conventional game "industry" does, and anyway, from what I've heard about various big game developemnt houses, I wouldn't want to work for them anyway. It was about this point that I came across Worldforge, which had essentially the same goals, so I joined that project. Looks like this could be an interesting thread... anyone else? _______________________________________________ issues mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.linux.org.uk/mailman/listinfo/issues
