Alas, no, not as long as Mrs, and Miss are not only presented as
alternatives, but usally presented above or before Ms.....
I do recall that Ms was supposed to displace the other options. Didn't
happen. In the meantime, I don't think my marital status is anyone's
business, but, then, I also don't think my gender is anyone's business,
except maybe my husband's, so I have certain lingering doubts about gender
based titles anyhow..... In Japan, one is -san regardless of gender or
marital status, and I had no problem being -san.....
