I guess it's worse than that, as everyone's  no doubt
noticed already.  What's _any_ percent of nothing?

Still, Linus himself has said that HE considers Linux to be 
the kernel only... and he doesn't care what happens in 
"userspace," the kernel hackers' term for user programs.

So I don't think there have been any women posting to the kernel
hackers' list (where I lurk).
