    Fix Version/s: 1.18.0
       Resolution: Fixed

Resolving this as FIXED in Kudu 1.18.0 since this changelist with the fix is 
included in Kudu 1.18.0 sources.  In fact, the issue wasn't present in any of 
the released Apache Kudu versions upstream.
