I am using CentOS 7. And of course, putting a limit on it would solve that for 
me. I believe that was the resolution before as well.

Thanks, I wasn't aware of the limitation on BSD. I am working on the task 
KUDU-1457 to add IPv6 compatibility. I was using existing unit tests to test my 
patch and was trying to figure out why tests were failing on master which 
brought me here. I will try to use mapped addresses and see if it works.
