[~jtbirdsell]: As full and detailed examples as people are willing to
contribute. My one extra desideratum is that the examples be relatively easy to
extract from the Kudu src tree and use as a base for a Kudu application (both
code-wise and build-wise).
BTW, any interest in contributing a spark or pyspark example? Spark is heavily
used but our docs and examples are terrible :(
